Riding with the kings…
What is it about?
It depends… Here I suggest three different scenarios:
- 1. A woman close to a nervous breakdown. Too many things to do and no time to do it. The stress causes a state of hysteria and the woman tries her best to keep control…
- 2. A woman’s desperate and need a man right now. He’s there and she crosses the limits of what’s acceptable to get him.
- 3. A princess dresses up like a knight to fight for justice. She raises her sword and rides with the kings towards the battlefield…
These are just three stories. You can choose one of them or make up your own… You’re free to read the lyrics as you like. I left the door open…
And I think that hysteria can be the wisdom…
Can hear the voices talk about me the evil eyes stare at me
Can feel the moves approaching me can smell the breath choking me

Desperate and insane join the game
Running with the shadows of confusion
Can feel the moves approaching me can smell the breath choking me

Desperate and insane join the game
Running with the shadows of confusion
Riding with the kings
hide behind the wisdom of
hysteria, hysteria
I break the chains Turning free losing my sense Try not to see
There’s no defence protecting me Nothing remains of what I used to be
Laughing at the fear Ignoring the tears
raising my sword in confusion
Riding with the kings
hide behind the wisdom of
hysteria, hysteria
