There’s a lot going on… This week I’ll be lecturing four times
about using modern technology in education. It’ll be an interesting break in the daily routines. I love teaching but sometimes I need new inspiration and getting out meeting new people is a wonderful opportunity. I’ll tell my stories and listen to others. I look forward to this… A lot of my interest in using digital tools comes out of my work with my music. This homepage for example was the base for creating a similar one for the students and their parents. My app, which you can get for your smartphone, made me think of using an app for educational purposes and the class app was suddenly reality. The pod casters that play my music gave me the idea to make pod casts with my students and publishing videos on youtube helped me to learn how to create and publish educational videos. My students are to young to use facebook but I found other social networks to use with them… So I have my interest in music to thank for many of the ideas using modern technology in the classroom. This week I’ll talk about mathematics and Youtube and the class app.
