Life is good
Last week I was in Budapest. I was invited by Microsoft because I’m an educator expert. I met educators from about 70 different countries and we worked together with projects and listened to latest news and interesting ideas. I also talked about one of my learning activities. The whole arrangement was very well planned and the service first class. The last evening there was a party at The National gallery, just for us.
I’ve learned a lot and got new friends around the world.
Back home I met the ladies for rehearsals and the band’s making progress. Today we nailed a very heavy song and planned for new recordings.
In the studio I have a project almost ready. some small adjustments and then it’s mixing time.
Life is good!

Wish I could play like that…
In March 2015 I heard them live at
a small club in Stockholm.
After just seconds I knew …
I recognise great music when I hear it.
I recognise great musicians when I hear them.
Now, almost a year later they’ll release their debut album and
today a video.
No, theese musicians are no rookies. They’ve played
with stars like Glen Hughes, John Norum, Michael Schenker and Joe Lynn Turner.
JJ Marsh, Thomas Broman and Robert Hansen is
Bridge to Mars.

Nailed the solo!
While waiting for inspiration I’m recording an old hit.
“Förföljd” is one of the last songs I created for Krakel in the eighties.
I also Think it’s one of the best.
We recorded it back then but the tapes are not playable anymore.
I love the solo part at the end…
For the whole song… You’ll have to wait until Krakel releases it…

A last farewell
Another band died.
Lokalbefolkningen decided to break up.
All of us has other projects going on and there wasn’t enough time.
I will now focus on Asatron and Krakel and do some recordings with other musicians.

New music for a new year

Almost over…
2015 is almost over.
I remember some moments. In the beginning of the year we decided to bury the band No Jive. To find a new drummer and start all over again was to much for us. decision but we had a hell of a funeral celebrating with food, wine and belly dancers.
I went to London for an exhibition and an event for expert educators.
I bought a new acoustic guitar.
I celebrated my birthday with a 70-ties inspired party in my garden with 50 guests. There was an open unplugged stage.
The band Krakel Zpektakel decided to celebrate the reunion with a big party and played live at PSB in the beginning of September.
I started to study technique and astronomy and in October I went to nothern Norway to meet astroscientists. In november I went back to Norway for a conference and to visit two awesome schools.

decided to slow down and take a break at the end of the year.
Some people make promises for the new year. I don’t but I know what to focus on.
I will spend more time in the studio when my studies are over.
The band Krakel Zpektakel will be number one.
I hope Lokalbefolkningen will wake up, if not I’ll search for a new coverband.

I was there when Lenny Kravitz cracked his pants at the concert in Stockholm. I listened to Bridge to Mars and immediately became a fan.

Music for the ladies
Spent the weekend rearranging an old hit by Krakel Zpektakel.
This one is totally different from the original and so much better I think. Still in progress though…
Yesterday I listened to Pär Enqvist band.
Swedish rock with interesting lyrics.

Trusted
Last week I released a new song. Now I’m searching for the next one. Collecting feelings and experiences, trying some chords and melodies. A couple of days ago I received lyrics from my favorite poet Mr Mike Lyzenga. I’m honored to be trusted to create music to his beautiful words.
When I release new music I always have doubts about my skills as songwriter. I like my music very much and I open a door to my soul, afraid to get hurt… Just a small nice comment erases that feeling. If just someone else like what I do I’m happy. What makes me sad is when I notice that people don’t even listen,. I don’t sell my music, I don’t ask for credit or compassion but silence makes me loose confidence. I’m so happy for the music lovers in other parts of the world.. Thanks for all the feedback and shares! Swedes doesn’t seem to be so good at these things…

My next project will be a ballad with Mikes lyrics. I hope he’ll be satisfied.
One of my favorite moments in life is when someone in the band starts playing something and the others join and suddenly there’s magic. I had one of those moments yesterday. Thanks!
