2015 is almost over.
I remember some moments. In the beginning of the year we decided to bury the band No Jive. To find a new drummer and start all over again was to much for us. It was a hard decision but we had a hell of a funeral celebrating with food, wine and belly dancers.
I went to London for an exhibition and an event for expert educators.
I bought a new acoustic guitar.
I celebrated my birthday with a 70-ties inspired party in my garden with 50 guests. There was an open unplugged stage.
The band Krakel Zpektakel decided to celebrate the reunion with a big party and played live at PSB in the beginning of September.
I started to study technique and astronomy and in October I went to nothern Norway to meet astroscientists. In november I went back to Norway for a conference and to visit two awesome schools.
The band Lokalbefolkningen had a couple of gigs and welcomed Lina as a singer but decided to slow down and take a break at the end of the year.
Some people make promises for the new year. I don’t but I know what to focus on.
I will spend more time in the studio when my studies are over.
The band Krakel Zpektakel will be number one.
I hope Lokalbefolkningen will wake up, if not I’ll search for a new coverband.

Other things I remember…
I was there when Lenny Kravitz cracked his pants at the concert in Stockholm. I listened to Bridge to Mars and immediately became a fan.
I’m slowly recovering from the backache. I’ve been treated with dry needling and pills. Feel much better !
This weekend I met the girls from the ancient band Krakel Zpektakel. We had a crayfish party and after a couple of drinks we decided to try to play together again. We have a lot of awsome songs from the past and it’s a pity to let them sink into oblivion.
Today was rehearsal day with Lokalbefolkningen. Two gigs booked, the 5th and 6th of September. The first one is a private party and the second a local festival, Myrsjöfestivalen.
Next week I’ll play with No Jive again after summer vacation.
In the studio I have a heavy project going on but I need some more inspiration….
This picture is taken by the photografer Roland Aalto. Krakel Zpektakel visited the vernissage and enjoyed his photos yesterday. Awesome!
So, what’s going on?
work.work, work… And rehearsals with No Jive. It was a long time ago but the new material sounded awesome.
Caught a cold and slept for 36 hours, fever and terrible headache.
working on a new song… Nothing unusual, but I like the sound and the beat…
Got inspiration from a relative who has trouble remembering things.. I wonder if it’s scary or nice…
The other day I walked on the streets of Stockholm when an old lady stopped me and asked if I could help her.
– I hope so, I said.
Then she told me she was on her way to visit a friend and asked me if I could show her the way. I asked her which street she was searching for and she said:
-That’s the problem, I don’t remember the name of the street… It’s just three or four letters and one of then is o…
– Bondegatan? It’s just there, I said and pionted.
She said no, and smiled. I asked her if we could call someone for help but she said that she couldn’t remember any numbers… I tried to find a way to help her but then she said thank you and wanted to try to recognize the streets name by walking around…
-I’m a little confused you know, she said and smiled again.
-Maybe I’ll remember the name if I see it… And she went away..
She was so sweet and I wonder if she reached the right street.
My latest song is called Amnesia.
Yesterday I rocked with Grevens tid at the music festival in Bagis.
A stage had been built in the square by the fountain and beer was served at the restaurant.
14.00 the band Kjelle Käpp started, great musicians.
16.00 we entered the stage and after us Pär Enkvist finished the evening.
I think we delivered again, rough, loud and well together we played covers with great energy.
I had a lot of fun on stage and after one extra song I was totally wet with sweat. It was a hot sunny day and the stage was placed in the sun…
we got very good reviews from the audience afterwards and I felt proud to play with this awesome band.
With my other band No Jive in the audience I was encouraged to do my very best.
Thanks to the wonderful people in Bagis!
You rocked too!
I love the stage!
Today was the last rehearsal before the gig on Saturday with Grevens Tid.
We were really rocked and now we look forward to meet the audience.
Yesterday I recorded vocals and guitar solo with my old friend Johan. He’s making a single and one of the songs is a duet. I’m proud to be the chosen one for this cooperation. The song in in a different genre from what I usually work with and it’s interesting to try new ways. It’s a beautiful song. His artist name is Joe N’Dranz Inou.
I also nailed the mix of Beds are burning with No Jive and we’ll release it soon.
and… I tried to tune my piano… Not so bad actually (for being the first time).
In the euro vision song contest I liked France best.
There was a lot of music this weekend…
And today I finished the first mix of the recordings with No Jive.
We recorded drums, bass and keyboards in the studio and continues with guitars and vocals at my place. Yesterday we recorded vocals and had some bottles of wine… I think the result was really good. Now there’s just a few things left…
here’s some scenes from the studio:
I’d love to play live as Asatron. We tried some of my songs with No Jive but it takes a lot of time to nail the arrangements as I want them. And I think that a cover band should play covers. Sometimes I try to play my songs unplugged and it works pretty well. Think I’ll do some unplugged recordings, just for fun. Sometimes I’m asked to play live but haven’t done it yet. I don’t have the time to put another band together.
Yesterday I got an offer from Indiana. I said no… To far away.
The 17th I play covers at a private party and the last of November I play public at Grisslinge bar. The 1/12 I play and jam with the new band at a musicians party and in January it’s time again for covers in the archipelago of Stockholm.
I love live performances, the stage and the audience…
