The band
I played with the band last Friday.
We had a stand in drummer which played with us without rehearsals…

Proud!
When I decide to release a new song I’m always a bit nervous.
What will people think? Is it good enough? Does anybody even care to listen?
I didn’t promote my latest song, I just published it on my homepage,bandcamp, facebook, soundcloud and music alley.
I’m so glad to see that Mr Ed Ovett chosed to promote the song in his 2 song Spotlight Presentation.

Playing the game!
I worked with this for a while to learn the functions in my new studio.
and I’m not there yet…

I can’t find my drums…
The song was almost ready, just two small changes to make, so I opened the project to finish it… Just to realize that the drums were gone… Never mind. I saved a mix down so I decided to use it to make the last changes… Two hours later I’m sitting here with a song that sounds like shit. And I have no idea why… I give up… I think my new studio is to complicated for me… Today I wish I had room for real drums in my studio… They’re easier to find…

A new song’s almost ready!
It took a while. The new studio is a bit more complicated than the old one and I’ve still got a lot to learn. In this song I tried to recreate the sounds I used to use. On my way I discovered so many new awesome things but I save them for the next project. This is the first song from the new studio and I call it Playing the game.

A rainy day
Yes! It was raining today. I spent the day in the studio. I tried some new effects and sounds. The song’s getting closer to release. The mixing is the hardest part. This time I tried to mute every sound that wasn’t clear enough. Now I’ll let my ears rest until tomorrow…
