I couldn’t make it this year…
The Christmas song isn’t ready…
I wish you a merry Christmas anyway with one of my older Christmas songs.

This weekend I played live with the band “Lokalbefolkningen” at Eddys bar.
I have to say We rocked!
We recorded everything and at the after-party we listened, and I was surprised how tight we were.
I’m proud to play in this band.
Maybe we’ll release a live video from the gig.
Thanks to all of you who danced and sang with us. You were an awesome audience.
I had a great time!

I promised a presentation of the band “Lokalbefolkningen”
We are 4 musicians who met in a basement and found out we could make heavy sounds together. A couple of months ago we realized we had a special sound an a lot of fun. We play covers and every song we lay our hands on turns heavier and rougher than the originals, for some reason. That’s awesome!
We’ll play live at Eddy’s bar in Orminge the 14th of December.
On Drums Rickard Ahl.

On Bass Jaak Pöldma.

On Guitar Patric Johnson

On lead vocals and guitar… I

Together Lokalbefolkningen!

Spent the day with Lokalbefolkningen and made some movie shoots for the upcoming video. We had a lot of fun and I think it’s going to be awesome. The song is a Janis Jopplin cover and I tried my best to make her justice…
You can hear us live at Eddys bar in Orminge at the 14 /12.
It’s going to be loud and heavy!

The first song from the female group from the eighties is released.
We were four young girls with dreams. We played together in the eighties.
We made our own music and rehearsed in a little summer house.
Sometimes we had a brass section consisting three young men.
We played live at clubs in Stockholm. We were proud, we were strong…
But the we woke up from the dream and the band split in the late eighties.
We got kids and families and new dreams.
This summer we met again for the first time since we split.
We decided to record two of our old hits.
We went into the studio without rehearsals. We hadn’t even listened
to the songs. They’re all on old tapes and we hadn’t recorders…
We tried to remember the chords and surprisingly quick we nailed the first song.
The other one was a bit harder but after lunch we recorded that one too.
I brought the project home to my studio to finish the vocals and mixing.
And yesterday we decided to release “Antingen Eller”
One of the first songs we ever made.
The bands name is
and the members are:
Drums Kattis Söderström
Bass An Britt Falkbäck
Keyboars Tora Lane
Guitar and lead vocals Åsa Girgensohn
All the music was made by me. All the members wrote the lyrics.
Antingen Eller Lyrics Kattis Söderström, music Åsa Girgensohn
The other song we recorded is not finished yet, but will be soon…
Listen and download Antingen Eller for free.
Help us to share if you like.
So many people talk about reunions… – We should meet and bla bla bla…
And everyone know it’s just words…
We didn’t just talk…We really did it! And that’s what we’re most proud of!
The reunion of Krakel Zpektakel was a big moment for me.

Thanks to Johan Hackman and Rickard Ahl for support in the studio.
Thanks to all good old friends who encouraged us!

After long discussions we agreed.
“Lokalbefolkningen”
That’s what we’re called from now.
Today we met and recorded my guitars and vocals.
It sounds awesome! Rough and heavy.
I like it a lot! a lot!
We’ll soon release some of the tracks and next week it’ll be photos and we’ve got
plans for a video.
the 14/12 you can hear us live.
I’ll be back with details.
I will soon also give you a full presentation of the band. On the picture one member’s missing…

It was a different Saturday…
I started it with creating a new script for a movie about time. Then I dressed up in party clothes and went to pick up the band. We drove to Hökarängen and visited a vernisage. The artist was Niklas Aurgrunn and I like his paintings a lot. I bought one of them. After that we had some time to spend so we had a Fika at the local café. so many interesting people passed by and when we left the staff wished us a really, really nice weekend…. In the car again we went towards Huddinge and tried to find the address to the house where we should play. It wasn’t easy, the neighborhood was new built and we had the wrong name of the street. We stopped the car and tried to get in touch with the host of the party. After 15 minutes we realized we were just outside the house… We went in and played our songs in the living room as a surprise. It was interesting people. Healers and chefs… Very nice, And they spoke with a Russian accident… (as they said..)
Now I’m back home with a glass of wine… This was a really interesting day… and different.
Tomorrow I’ll do recordings with the band in the studio. The band’s still got no name… Maybe we’ll call us “with Russian accident”.
